Draft for review by Interactive Enterprises Limited — not legal advice. Last updated 21 October 2026.

Terms of service

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you buy or use an SVRMGR licence from Interactive Enterprises Limited (company no. 137228C, Isle of Man) ("we", "us"). By ordering you agree to them.

2. The licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use SVRMGR on one server per licence, with up to the number of hosting accounts your plan allows, for as long as your subscription is paid (or as agreed in writing for an offline / perpetual licence). The software is licensed, not sold. You may not resell, sublicense, decompile (except where the law allows) or remove licence checks.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and VAT is added where it applies. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. If a renewal isn't paid, updates and new account creation stop until it is; existing websites keep running.

4. Updates and support

Your licence includes signed updates and email support while it is active. We aim to reply within one working day but don't guarantee response times.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your servers, your customers, backups and lawful use. Don't use SVRMGR for spam, malware or illegal content.

6. Warranty and liability

We provide SVRMGR with reasonable skill and care, but we don't promise it will be error-free. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Ending the licence

You can cancel at any time from the client area or by contacting us. We may suspend or end a licence for serious breach of these terms or non-payment.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man, and the Isle of Man courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the UK you may also have rights under UK law.
