Who we are

Interactive Enterprises Limited (company no. 137228C, Isle of Man) is the data controller for this website and for SVRMGR licence sales. Contact: our contact form or support@svrdeck.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, topic, message and IP address.
• Customers: name, email, company, billing address, VAT number, orders, invoices and payment records. Card and PayPal details are handled by Stripe and PayPal; we never see full card numbers.
• Licences: your licence key and the IP address, hostname and panel version of servers that activate it.
• Logs: standard web server logs (IP address, pages, browser) kept for security for a limited time.

Why we use it (lawful basis)

• To reply to you and supply licences and support (contract / steps before a contract).
• To keep accounts and records (legal obligation).
• To protect our services from abuse (legitimate interests).

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies.

Who we share it with

Payment providers (Stripe, PayPal), our hosting provider, and professional advisers or authorities where the law requires. Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Contact messages: up to 2 years. Customer and invoice records: 6 years after the end of the relationship, for tax purposes. Licence activation data: while the licence is active and 12 months after.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected, deleted or restricted, and you can object to processing. In the Isle of Man you can complain to the Information Commissioner (inforights.im); in the UK, to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
