Refund policy

14-day money-back guarantee

If SVRMGR isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a new licence and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. The licence is then revoked.

Renewals

You can cancel monthly or yearly subscriptions at any time; the licence stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Renewal payments are not usually refundable, but if you forgot to cancel, contact us within 7 days of a yearly renewal and we'll refund it.

Offline / perpetual licences

Offline licences are quoted individually; their refund terms are agreed in the quote.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method (card, PayPal or bank account), usually within 5–10 working days. Your statutory rights are not affected.
