FAQ
What do I get with a licence?
The full SVRMGR panel with every feature, signed updates and email support for the servers your plan covers. The only optional extra is the Partner add-on for reselling and white-label.
What counts towards my plan?
The number of hosting accounts on the server. Personal covers 5, Pro 50 and Business 150. Host has no limit and adds 30p a month for each account over 150, counted at the daily licence check-in.
Which servers does it run on?
A fresh Ubuntu 24.04 LTS server (22.04 is also supported) with root access, at least 2 GB RAM and a public IPv4 address. Any VPS or dedicated server provider works.
Can I move my licence to another server?
Yes. Just contact us and we reset the server binding, then activate the key on the new server.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
Your sites keep running — we never take sites offline over licensing. Updates and new accounts pause until the licence is renewed.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, see our refund policy. Monthly and yearly licences can be cancelled at any time. Yearly costs 12 × the monthly price.
How do I pay?
By card (Stripe), PayPal (one-off or auto-renew) or bank transfer, in GBP.
